Privacy Policy
This policy describes what Business Reputation Pro LLC collects when you use businessreputation.pro, request a demo, or exchange messages with us — and what we do with it. It describes what the site actually does today, not what we may do later.
Mobile information and SMS consent
This section is stated first because it is the one most often looked for, and it is absolute:
We use a messaging provider to deliver texts you have asked for. That provider processes your number solely to send those messages on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for its own marketing. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us. See our SMS disclosure for the exact consent language, message frequency and opt-out keywords.
What we collect
Where it comes from. Most of what we hold, you give us: a website address, a form, a message, a purchase. But we also contact businesses first. To do that, we collect business contact details from public sources — Google business listings, public search results, and the business’s own website — including the owner’s name and title, business email addresses and phone numbers. If we contacted you first, that is where your details came from.
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Business name and website address | You enter a URL to build a free demo, or you send it to us by message | To scan the public pages of that site and build the demo and report |
| Email address | You submit a form, claim a report, buy, or reply to us | To send the report link, respond, and service an account |
| Phone number | You give it on a form, ask us to text you, or call us | To deliver what you asked for by text or phone |
| Your messages to us, and call audio or transcripts | Email, SMS, web chat, social direct messages, calls | To answer them, take messages, and review call quality. Calls may be recorded where the law allows, and the agent says so at the start of the call |
| Pages viewed, clicks, referring link, approximate device and browser | Automatically as you browse | To see which pages and campaigns work |
| A one-way hash of your IP address | Automatically on report and event logging | To count distinct visits without storing the address itself |
| Payment status and amount | You buy a subscription | To provision and bill the account |
| Owner or manager name and job title | Found in public search results or on your website, before we contact you | To address our outreach to the right person |
| Email addresses and phone numbers published on a website | When a website address is entered to build a demo or report, or when we research a business | To build the report and demo, and to contact the business |
| Postal address and social media username | When you message us, or when your business listing or CRM record carries it | To answer you and keep one record per business |
We do not store your raw IP address in our report or event tables. We store a keyed hash of it instead — an identifier that tells us two visits came from the same connection, which cannot be turned back into the address without a secret key that is kept outside our code. We hold no card numbers or bank details at any time: card details are entered with our payment processor and never reach our servers.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the service is sold to businesses, not to consumers for personal use.
Automated processing and AI
Our demo builder reads the public pages of the website address you give us — including any phone number or email address published on those pages — and sends that content, with the business name and industry, to a third-party AI provider to generate a draft agent and a written report. When you reply to one of our emails, we send the text of your reply (without the earlier messages quoted below it) to the same provider to sort it as interested, not interested, or other, so the right person sees it. We do not send the provider the email address or phone number you give us privately on a form. The AI agent in a demo or a live deployment processes what callers say in order to answer, take a message, or book an appointment.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site loads three third-party services on every page, and each stores identifiers in your browser:
- Google Analytics — page views and traffic sources, so we can tell which pages work.
- Meta Pixel — so we can measure advertising and show ads to people who have visited the site.
- Our chat widget (GoHighLevel) — the chat and voice assistant in the corner of the page. It records which pages you visit in this session and your approximate location from your IP address, so that if you start a chat we can see how you arrived.
We do not show a cookie banner, and we are telling you that plainly rather than implying consent we did not collect. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel. You can also block any of these with your browser settings or an ad blocker; Google and Meta publish their own opt-outs. Nothing on this site requires them to function.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the pixel described above. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes we set:
- Our hosting providers (website hosting and the server that builds demos), our database provider, and our code host — demo configurations are stored with our source code.
- Our CRM and messaging platform, and the email, text and calling providers it uses on our behalf, to hold your contact record and deliver the messages and calls you have asked for.
- Our email provider, for messages you send us.
- Our AI provider, for the page content and reply text described under Automated processing.
- Search and listing providers we query to research businesses — we send them a business name and city, not your personal details.
- Our payment processor, for subscriptions.
- Analytics and advertising providers, as described above.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business — in which case this policy continues to apply until you are told otherwise. The mobile clause at the top is not subject to those exceptions for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
- Demos and reports: until you ask us to remove them. Report links do not expire on their own.
- Records of businesses we contacted that did not become customers: deleted 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Customer records: for the life of the account, then as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require.
- Replies and messages logged by our systems: 90 days in our logs. Your conversation history stays in our CRM with your contact record.
- Opt-out and suppression records: kept indefinitely on purpose — your business domain and email address only. This is the list that stops us contacting you again, and deleting it would undo your opt-out.
- Page-view and event records: 24 months, then deleted.
Your choices and your rights
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message. Also END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE or STOPALL. Reply HELP for help.
- Stop email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
- See, correct, or delete what we hold, or ask us not to sell or share it: email support@bizrep.pro or call (954) 800-2981.
When we run an AI agent for one of our customers, we process that business’s callers and website visitors on the customer’s behalf. For those callers, the customer’s own privacy policy applies and requests should go to them; we will help them answer.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these. Depending on where you live you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we extend the choices above to everyone who asks, without checking first whether a statute requires it. We aim to answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, note that we operate from the United States and your information is processed there.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to our database and CRM is restricted to the people who need it, and credentials are kept in our servers’ and hosting providers’ configuration, never in our source code. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. A change that materially reduces your rights will be announced on this page before it takes effect.
