Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of businessreputation.pro, any demo we build for you, and any BizRep service you buy from Business Reputation Pro LLC. By using the site or a demo, you agree to them.
What we provide
BizRep builds and operates AI voice and web agents for businesses. We also offer a free demo: you give us your website address, we read its public pages and build a working agent you can talk to, on a link we send you. A demo is a sample. It is not installed on your website, it is not connected to your phone number, and it may be taken down or rebuilt at any time.
What an AI agent will and will not do
Our agents are built to take a message and route it rather than to guess. They do not quote prices we have not given them, confirm stock, or give medical, legal or financial advice. An AI agent can still make mistakes, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional or for emergency services. Never use a BizRep agent for an emergency. You are responsible for what your agent is configured to say, for reviewing it, and for what you do with the information it collects.
Figures in a report — for example an estimate of revenue associated with unanswered calls — are estimates produced from public data and stated assumptions. They are not a promise of results, and we do not guarantee any level of calls, bookings or revenue.
Your responsibilities
- You may only ask us to build an agent from a website you own or are authorised to act for.
- You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business, including recording and calling laws in your state.
- You may not resell, copy or reverse engineer the service, or use it to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages.
- Today our agents are not configured for protected health information. We do not sign Business Associate Agreements, so if your calls involve protected health information, BizRep is not the right fit yet.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor at the price shown when you buy. There is no setup fee. You can cancel at any time. After the first 60 days, billing stops going forward and the current month is not refunded; inside the first 60 days the money-back guarantee below applies instead.
SMS messaging program
Program name: BizRep demo texts, operated by Business Reputation Pro LLC.
- What we send: the demo or report link you asked for, replies in a conversation you started, appointment or callback confirmations, and occasional service updates about your account.
- How you join: by texting START or SUBSCRIBE to (954) 800-2981, or by asking us on a call, by email or by message to text you. A consent checkbox will also appear where we collect a number once our campaign registration is verified; it is not collecting anything today. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE or STOPALL. You will get one confirmation and then no further messages from that number. Reply START to rejoin.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers and consent records are never shared with third parties for marketing — see the Privacy Policy and the SMS disclosure.
Ownership
We keep ownership of the platform, the site and everything we build it from. You keep ownership of your business content, your customer data and anything you give us. You grant us the licence we need to read your public pages and operate the agent for you, and nothing more.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Some states do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as that state permits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
